Mission Statement
History
The Mike Tice Foundation partners with charitable organizations and causes that support the youth programs in five states. Organizations we partner with in Washington are the Boys & Girls Clubs of South Puget Sound and Thurston County. In Nevada we partner with the Boys & Girls Club of Western Nevada. Our charitable partner in Minnesota is the Twin Cities Fire Department and their Operation Warm which provides winter coats to kids. We also support and donate to multiple scholarship programs in both New York and Washington states including my home town of Central Islip, NY. This year we added the Southside Early Childhood Center in St. Louis, MO. With the support and dedication of our volunteers, corporate partners and the celebrities that lend us their valuable time we believe we can help shape the lives of our country’s youth in a positive and impactful way. It was 2011 when my family and friends from New York, Minnesota and Seattle raised about $25,000 at an event at the Carson Valley Inn in Minden, NV. We decided the money would go to the Boys & Girls Club of Western Nevada Carson Valley Branch to help build a new clubhouse for "the kids". Since 2011 we have raised over $1.6 million for the Carson Valley Branch of the B&G Club.
In 2019, The Mike Tice Foundation was formed, and we made a commitment to raise money for other charitable organizations in addition to the Carson Valley Branch of the B&G Club. Thanks to our friends, sponsors, and our celebrities in 2023 we donated over $160,000 to 12 charities in five states. The total donated to our charitable partners since 2011 is over $2 million dollars. For the third year in a row our Celebrity Golf Event at the Clearwater Casino Resort in Squamish, WA was a huge success. We look forward to our 2024 Celebrity Golf Event on July 14-15.
We continue with our goal of providing charity, hope and love to the many great organizations and causes that help shape our nation's youth.
